This one day conference will look at how restorative justice is being practiced throughout Ireland in differing contexts as well as experiences from abroad.

The aim of the conference is to bring together practitioners, researchers, academics and policy makers from the diverse fields that are involved in preventing crime. It will provide an opportunity to discuss the types of policies and programs which have been implemented on a national, regional or local level. Particular emphasis will be placed on preventative strategies and pro-active programs involving partnerships.
