The School Mediation Center began in 1983 with the purpose of “creating safe, caring and just school communities.” The Colorado based organization offers programmes, training services, and products to teach youth how to work toward building a peaceful environment. This website provides a description of the organization and its programmes.

School Mediation Program offers information for the development of school mediation programmes.  

Programs and Services provides a listing of programme areas with links to longer descriptions. These include:

Classes for Professionals is a description of workshops for teachers, school administrators, parents, and youth workers.  

Products lists items available through the School Mediation Center.
