The Central City Neighborhood Partnerships (CCNP) is an association of community organizations in Minneapolis. In 1997, CCNP created a community-based restorative justice programme to address quality of life crimes . The programme’s mission is to heal, strengthen and empower the community. The CCNP website provides information on its work with community conferencing.

Why do we need it? explains the need for community conferencing in terms of victim needs, lack of justice system resources, and community building. Program Partners explains the importance of forming partnerships and provides a listing of organizations partnering with CCNP.
Our results addresses programme outcomes and includes anecdotes to
give a snapshot of it in action.
