Website of the Month: Center for Restorative Justice, Suffolk University.

Suffolk University’s Center for Restorative Justice describes itself as “a community-engaged academic center committed to the promotion of restorative justice practices, principles, and values in New England.” The website offers information on the Center’s work, partnerships, and events.

CRJ Projects outlines the Center’s commitment to work with communities through both grass roots organizations and local institutions to explore the implementation and use of restorative practices. Two partners are listed with brief description of the relationships and joint projects. 

Events  provides a listing of events designed to create dialogue about restorative justice including the monthly brown bag series, trainings, conferences, and outreach presentations. 

Additional Resources  provides a short listing of links to other restorative justice resources. These are listed by geographic scope the Massachusetts/New England area, the United States or Global. 

The website also provides a brief description of  “What is restorative justice?” and Circles.
