RJ Online Articles Archive Now Has 1000 Entries
New books, articles and studies on restorative justice appear every month. Search abstracts of over 1000 of these resources in the RJ Online Articles Archive.
The Articles Archive builds on an annotated bibliography compiled by Dr. Paul McCold in 1997. This work described over 500 works in the area of restorative justice. Several years ago, McCold and the bibliography’s publisher Criminal Justice Press gave permission to RJ Online to make the bibliography available online. Over the past year it has been developed into a continually expanding database listing new works on restorative justice.
The web-based bibliography can be searched in different ways. Users can use pre-selected categories, or search using key words. It is now possible to limit searches to those documents that are available online in full text.
In light of the expanding international interest and scholarship in restorative justice, RJ Online has recently started listing foreign language articles as well. At the moment, annotations are available for French and Spanish language documents.
