Participants are taught the philosophy and process of mediation, as well as the psychological dynamics that make mediation the optimum choice for crisis stabilization of conflict in work, family, faith and community issues.
June 4-6, 19 & 20 8:30 am-5:30 pm

40 Hour Family Reconciliation Mediation Training
IAI's model exceeds the recommendation of the Texas Mediation Trainers
Roundtable.
For mediators who already have the 24-hour Family Mediation course, the first
two days may be taken as a 'stand-alone' advanced course in IAI's unique Family
Reconciliation model (which we also apply in Personnel Grievance cases involving
long-standing relationships in the workplace). For persons not trained in Family
Mediation, this is the most complete 5-day course one can obtain, covering both
the aspects of reconciling prolonged family disputes between couples,
generational disputes and family crisis decision-making in the first two days of training and
the very unique divorce and custody model of IAI in the last three
days-inclusive of development of 'Parenting Plans' for well-being of children post-divorce.
